OVERVIEW
Creative work in a regulated world, built to scale.
I work in DX Creative, the in-house creative team for J&J Innovative Medicine in the UK. We deliver for a portfolio of brands across digital, print, events and motion, mostly for healthcare professionals. Every piece meets the ABPI Code and passes MLR review.
Alongside the design work, I've taken on the jobs that help the whole team work better: leading the UK rollout of a global rebrand, building our brand and email systems, measuring the team's value, and bringing AI into how we work.

LESSONS
J&J Rebrand
Brand transformation succeeds when guidelines become usable systems that give people the confidence to apply them consistently.
AI x Creative
AI adoption is a confidence problem before a capability problem. A safe space to experiment did more for uptake than any demo.
J&J Kick Off
A campaign identity inside a masterbrand works best as a system, not a look. Simple rules let a small team work at agency scale.
Creative Operations
Measure from day one. An in-house team that can show its output and value earns a seat in planning, not just the overflow.
