AI x Creative
Spotting a gap in AI adoption, designing a scalable programme to close it, and exploring what AI means for the creative function itself.
OVERVIEW
Access isn't adoption. Confidence comes first.
As Microsoft Copilot rolled out across J&J's UK business, I helped turn access into everyday use, through a training programme any team could run for itself.
I then explored what AI could do for the creative function, building a brand-compliance agent for the design team.
CHALLENGE
A powerful tool, and nobody quite sure where to start.
Copilot access was expanding across the UK business, but people weren't sure what it was for, what they were allowed to use it for, or where to begin.
Without context and confidence, it risked becoming just another system.
MY ROLE
Designing the programme, then running it in the room.
As one of the UK GenAI Ambassadors, I co-designed and facilitated a modular Copilot training programme. I also shaped the AI adoption roadmap for Operate, with support from fellow AI Ambassadors across the function.
WHAT I DID
Workshop-in-a-Box
Four modules that meet people at their level: Fundamentals, Functional, Specialist and Advanced. Tasks use a fictional brand, NOVARIDE, so people can practise safely before building their own agents.
Built to travel
It's packaged so any team can run it without me: a core deck, facilitator notes, print templates and a full fictional content library.
One rhythm
Every module follows the same pattern of theory, demo, try, so people always know what comes next.
WORKSHOP-IN-A-BOX
From one team's training to an EMEA-wide kit.
The programme reached colleagues across Marketing, Medical and Operate, from first-time users to people building their own agents. The Medical session brought in new AI Ambassadors to carry it forward.
